1. Obtain your formal valuation
You must establish the value of your property, by way of a sworn valuation provided by an accredited valuer.

2. Contact us
Contact our office, so we can send you our information letter and the forms needed to get your matter started.
3. Instruct us to proceed
We will be ready to sell your property when:
- You have provided us with a copy of your valuation; and
- You have returned the forms (sent with our initial letter)
