Our
fixed-fee
includes the installation of the "For Sale" sign at the property, and the removal of the "For Sale" sign after sale of the property.
Installation and removal of signage
A standard sized "For Sale" board will be erected at the property by our signage contractors. Our contractors
are professionals, and will secure the sign to ensure safety for the property and for passers-by. Our
contractors are also backed by indemnity insurance.

Replacement of signs
In the rare event that any damage is done to the main "For Sale" board, we will attend to replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Costs
The costs of signage associated with a standard sale of real estate is included in our
fixed-fee. Additional costs
will be generated only at the direct request of the client.
Circumstances where additional costs may be applicable include:

Where the signage contractor is required to travel outside the Melbourne metropolitan area. |

Where the "For Sale" sign is required to remain on display beyond a period of three months. |
|
Where the client requires re-siting of the "For Sale" sign, or the installation of an additional "For Sale" sign. |
The costs above are those charged by the signage contractors. We do not add any mark-up to these costs.
