Conveyancing Costs

Our conveyancing costs are lower than those of other conveyancers, on an all-inclusive fee basis.

Our conveyancing service represents the best value for money because:
  • Our costs for a Purchase or Sale are fixed.
  • Our most senior conveyancer is also a qualified lawyer.
  • Individual legal advice is always available.
  • We have full professional indemnity insurance for conveyancing work.
  • We also have indemnity insurance for legal work associated with your conveyancing.
  • We operate a fully audited trust account for your protection.
  • We have fidelity insurance to protect you from misappropriation of funds.
  • We have no "sweetheart" arrangements with estate agents (many conveyancers and conveyancing lawyers rely on referrals from estate agents on a "you look after me, and I'll look after you" basis. Don't bother complaining about the referring agent!)
  • We can handle anything that happens! (If the wheels fall off because your purchaser suddenly decides not to proceed, or your vendor has damaged the house before settlement, who do you turn to? A non-lawyer conveyancer will pack you off to a lawyer. We are qualified to handle ALL legal matters.)
Of course, we can't do everything as part of our fixed conveyancing fee. For more details about conveyancing costs, what's included and what's not, please click on the type of conveyancing you require: For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards:
